This seems to be the theme. I tried the default Twenty Nineteen theme and things worked without issue.

With the Javascript minification disabled, the slider does show up.
I am using the W3 Total Cache plugin. The HTML/XML and CSS minification don’t seem to impact the slider. I tried different combinations of the Minify/Combine Only options under the JS minification, but they all seem to interfere with the slider.
Is this something you want to look into further, or should I contact the W3 Total Cache developers at this point?

Our site is http://www.craftsbytwo.com and the slider is currently enabled.
