Your response prior to the last suggests that this was something your team also saw happening. Your latest response you’re now stating it is only being created on the first intent. Has the plugin / issue been reviewed and fixed then ?
We’re still receiving these incomplete transactions on the Strip dashboard sadly, we’re running Version 1.44.2

Hi me again – so I have done some theme debugging – it seems to happen when your plugin is activated and so is booster by the looks of it – so am I right in thinking I need to discuss this with Booster?

Thank you – I have query monitor is there a way to find this without using the error log and going through each one we have 40 + plugins)
Can someone advise, is this likely to be another plugin attached to this? Anyone else still getting this as its bloating out the error log
Worked this one out – it was a forminator short code available only on the staging website, that was still in the imported DIVI template. It throws a WordPress critical error if the short code is still in place – rather than just ignoring or flagging an error where the short code should be embedded. This happens on the latest DIVI update and Forminator and WordPress core update, on a invalid short code, when clicking ‘Exit front page builder’. In case this helps anyone else.
This only happens when the shortcode is in the page – and this was an imported form from a development version of the website
Hi yes – I am a concerned as the client is looking to launch a campaign this weekend, we really do not want customers being charged twice!
I haven’t had another come through as of yet to test. Funds were received twice yes which is a big problem and these have separate transaction ids in Stripe.
Debug log was already enabled, if it helps I can send this transaction data.
My concern is leaving this all weekend and having lots of angry customers – is there a version prior to this issue being raised we could run with for now? Or should i look at another plugin temporarily?

Hi, yes normal product order, first time, we updated the stripe plugin yesterday along with woo commerce and wordpress. https://snipboard.io/K96wep.jpg
The order confirmation come through twice from wordpress, but only one order id 16004
However two separate Stripe charge ids in Stripe

Hi yes, it just takes from that – so if I do a feed for US as USD, however I am still concerned it will be flagged by Google because the manual currency we set with Aelia won’t match what Google matches against (Assuming they check currency rates their side to check the prices match to show products?)
Is there anyway other way around this?
