I have the same problem as well.
If I add another row and save it, the row I had created earlier shows up. But then switching to a different page makes all the standard rates rows to disappear.
Anybody having the same problem? Any workaround?
Any update on making the sitemap visible on the front end? Many of us would love the feature.
I found out that the Gravity Forms Advanced File Uploader is conflicting with the Gravity Forms WYSIWYG plugin. I removed the latter and everything is working fine again.
