Solved by disabling “Verify “Featured” Image”.
No, I checked this twice directly on FTP. When “New post” enabled, it actually deletes the subfolder with cache files. When disabled, it does not.
Hello Emre, seems that feature only works when “New Post” option enabled.

Yes, it is right – all the caching plugins use .htaccess and the server shows pages before any PHP code works 🙁
If you could also made protection from POST method, it would be so great!!!I tried to contact them via every email and form, nobody answered. Are they alive yet?
