I have not received a single email in reply to my open tickets. If you are in fact sending them, I would suggest checking how you are doing so, as they are not reaching my inbox or spam folder, and I could really use your support on a number of issues.

I have now sent multiple inquiries about this through your request form, and we have the pro version, and I still have yet to get a response about this….
I did send an email, but I haven’t heard back yet.
I would like to see this taken care of as well, as this is a pretty important feature when offering people the option to pay online.
The fact that this is listed as “resolved” when it is not, is concerning.
