Thanks for your response. Sadly the problems were getting so severe that we have decided it was faster and easier to move to nginx for the time being. So a report won’t be of much help at this moment in time. We’ll have see when we have the time and ability to move back to OpenLiteSpeed.

We haven’t fixed this. We are looking for an alternative plug-in.
It seems that WooCommerce has change the code lately. Therefore the plug-in isn’t working.

We’re having this exact problem as well. It appears that what’s set up in the backend, translates in reverse to the front end (Required in settings? Optional in front. Not required? required.)

I’m currently having the same exact problem on version 3.2.9.
People are unable to access any files unless they’re allowed to manage files.This stops us from publicly sharing documents and files with other users.
