i’ll try that flushing right now,
i cant deactivate the plug ins because they are not shown in wp-admin
i tried the reset of the plugin folder
i cant switch to a default theme, bc there are no themes avaliable in backend Themes
i already manually updated WP because i though that would solve the problem, but it didnt 🙁
