Thanks for your help. We were able to allocate the issue through WooCommerce’s Help Desk.
As a reference for anyone having this problem and ending up here, the problem occurs when the WooCommerce deposits plugin is used with prices entered exclusive of tax and displayed inclusive.
It’s a problem they are now trying to fix.
