I checked and it’s still set to only show the pop up once, but as you can see you get it on every page view.
I have a screenshot of the setting if you want it but it doesn’t look like I can upload it here.
BTW I have it set not to display on this page http://knotions.staging.wpengine.com/knoted/sockstar-first-ebook/ and that *does* work 🙂
