My AI Engine version with error was 2.5.0, updated to 2.5.2 resolved the issue

Before using fine-tuning, you might be interested in reading this documentation. Using less than 3000 entries for fine-tuning won’t produce any reliable training results.
The generator doesn’t create individual system prompts. You can activate Expert mode and manually add the “system” prompt by clicking the “+” button in the actions. We will address this issue in an upcoming version. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

HI @studio1337 Studio, I have the exact issue. Were you able to resolve this please? And how? Mine also do not have “System” Do I just manually add “System” after role and leave it empty?

I go to your site and log in,
ON the Menu items on the right on my logged in account, I Click on “NEW Support Ticket” – I get logged out immediately and the page shows this:
“Create a New Support Ticket
If you are a PublishPress member, please log in to create a support ticket. You will get a response in less than 1 business day.”
THEN I click on login and enter my details, it shows the account and then I click on New Support Ticket” again, then I get the following message again:
“Create a New Support Ticket
If you are a PublishPress member, please log in to create a support ticket. You will get a response in less than 1 business day.”
An so goes the loop……. two different browsers same thing. Every other tab in the right hand menu is fine and keeps me logged in. Not the “new support ticket” tab.
When it rains it pours… I guess Im that guy. in the many many years, I was working for someone else in IT support there was always this one or two users, that no matter what you do , shit will happen to them and wether you follow the steps exactly or not, their shit will break. It seems I turned from one side of support to being that user…. lmao

https://couponaffiliates.com/Troubleshooting I’ve done after discovering its only the Coupon Affiliate plugin is to Deactivate teh PublishPress Capabilities plugin and activating it again. I wanted to do mor ebut I cant test the PB Cappaabilities on staging site an dIm afraid of breaking a role or losing users role assignments if I do too much on the live site. Unless you can give me a extra license to use on my staging site? I can give you full access? to troubleshoot? OR I can trouableshoot?

OKay, I’ve isolated some of it.
When I copy the full admin role, and then go to a user with this new Admin_copy role the Sub Items from the Coupon Affiliate plugin do not show in the Admin Menu. SO it seems the Capabilities plugin do not transfer ALL the permissions.
How can I resolve this?
I need to ask again, I tried creating an account to upload the screenshots. BUT I am unable to sign up since my VALID telephone number is not accepted on the  https://imgur.com/ site. I logged a ticket with them too.

In the Admin Menu on the left there is plugin Coupon Affiliates. Submenu Creatives is supposed to show and not crossed out. However it is not showing. And the two other items “accounts and reviews” are showing all though they are crossed out.
SO in the Capabilities setting under ADMIN MENU I make available:
Coupon Affiliates
- DASHBOARD
- CREATIVES
- REGISTRATION
What Actually shows:
Coupon Affiliates
- Dashboard
- Accounts
- Contact Us
Hi Riza, decided to just put this aside.
I know its important since someone else may have this issue in the future or me, I dont really want to sign up for another website just to upload some screenshots.
Basically, I redcrossed menu items in Admin Menu and made some available, but the menu items do not show that should be and others are showing that shouldnt.The menu items is from the Plugin “Coupon Affiliate” . I’ve decided not to create the user rol and looking at alternative way for that user to do their job.

I eventually got this sorted by adding # before the id instead of a ‘.’

In the top tool bar. I have some screenshots but i am unable to upload them. All these below have been red crossed in Admin Features under Capabilities. However Breeze is not an option and I tried using ID I actually put a few IDs to get Breeze out but its not.
However when you enter the admin Dashboard, then just the following is showing:
- New
- Breeze
- SEO
In the Admin Dashboard under the Admin Menu on the left. Under the Menu Item “Coupon Affiliate” the user is only supposed to see sub menu items “Dashboard” and “Creatives” however currently it shows Dashboard, Account, Contact Us.
Others that is Crossed out in Capabilities that’s still showing is “Products” with sub items “ATUM Locations”, “Attributes” and “Reviews”.

We resolved this issue by resetting file permissions in Cloudways. https://support.cloudways.com/en/articles/5126387-how-can-i-reset-file-and-folder-permissions After resetting, the Bot Protection plugin was successfully updated. Hope this helps.Hi Boone,
This is such an amazing plugin, unfortunately I am also with Buddyboss platform.
I just have a question?
On Buddyboss platform, the only one that is working for me is the “ALL Email” or NO EMails. All I want to find out is, if it’s possible that i can remove the other 3 options entirely. If you can point me to the code that sets the various options please? I can change this for my site only?
I just want give the user the option of NO EMAIL or ALL emails at least? and if you can point me in the right direction.
