Called your support line and Dave was kind enough to walk me through the steps to resolve the main issues. We confirmed that PowerPress is active on the site, checked the right boxes, and fixed the RSS feed(s).Looks like the new update has a new thumbnail field that isn’t linked to the episode artwork URL on our page. Essentially, the previous artwork link now only shows the jpeg on the podcast post and the thumbnail shows the image on my website. The thumbnail field will have to be populated manually (on 100+ video podcasts). The main thing is we found the root of the problem and identified a solution.
