You have to turn off the “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” setting in the “Miscellaneous Settings” section of your blog. Once you upload your logo you can turn this function back on.
@shifty88. Please provide more info how you solved the problem. I have just the same problem. If I delete my link to the style.css file, typeface.js work correctly. I don’t use @import in that style sheet.
