I managed to get the plugin to work by downloading the 0.5.1 version from ww.wp.xz.cn and then “patched” it by applying two .php files made available through the latest codebase from github…

Thanks for your suggestion but I’m looking for something that looks “a little bit more sophisticated”. Please don’t get me wrong here I appreciate your suggestion, but I will dedicate the site to a very prominent person who lived during that time so I’m looking for something that looks very clean yet sophisticated and which correlates to the spirit of the mid 1900 century…

Thanks for your suggestions however I didn’t activate any plug-in before installing/configuring this theme so, unfortunately, I think we have to rule out that one. Actually I’m applying this theme on a freshly installed copy of v3.1.3. For the record I tried your suggestions (not resetting the plug-in obviously) but the the problem is still there…
