Hi @ckadenge ,
Yes, I have created a staging site here:
http://staging.lindenleaves.com/
Please use linden & leaves for the HTTP auth.
Many thanks for your help with this!

ClemensHi kapelino,
I’m having the same problem still unfortunately. Like you say it’s very strange as I can’t replicate it myself. Some customers also have the problem initially, but then do manage to check out just fine a few hours later. So it’s really hard to pinpoint what might be causing it. My customers also aren’t very tech savvy, so I can’t ask them what browser/OS they’re using or whether they have done anything differently the second time around…
But yeah, if you come across anything that could solve this, I’d really appreciate to learn more!
Cheers
ClemensHi mate,
Thank you for the prompt reply.
I’ve turned the Autocomplete Checkout Address plugin off for now — less keen to turn the template off of course. But if you want to do some testing, please feel free to do so. Happy to refund any orders immediately.
Yes, it’s been really hard to isolate as I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end at all. I have seen screenshots of users with the issue and there are also some threads that describe the same error message, but there hasn’t been a solution either:

ClemensWill do, thanks Zubair!
Hi team,
I’m still experiencing this issue — has this actually been resolved?
Cannot read properties of null (reading 'submit")I’ve tried the Stripe plugin as well as WooPayments and thought it was initially related to the Subscriptions plugin, but I’m still having this issue. There are no errors in the Stripe log or in the debug.log and not all customers are having this issue. Even the ones that have issues, seem to be able to complete the purchase just fine later on. But it’s really frustrating…
I would really appreciate some help with this.
Thank you!

ClemensHi guys,
I just stumbled over this discussion and it helped me resolve my issue as I also needed to be able to select the message recipient in the contact form. So, thank you!
Unfortunately I’ve also noticed another problem — how can I set a default email address if the user hasn’t specified a recipient? I’ve tried to set a Default Value in the Select field, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to work, i.e. the form submissions aren’t sent at all. Thanks for your help in advance!
Cheers

In reply to: [Gift Wrapper for WooCommerce] Show gift wrap message in order notes?Hi team,
Currently the gift wrap message is added as a note to the product, but I would love to know if it could be added to the order notes field instead?
Current — product note:

ClemensHi pochod,
Many thanks for getting back to me.
I did follow the FAQ and checked the REST API is working as expected.Do you have any advise as to which steps I could follow to resolve this or at least find out what’s causing this?
I am the developer. 😬

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Attribute custom ordering not workingHi again,
I have now changed Attribute 2 global to 0 and that seems to have fixed it – attributes are showing in the correct order again.
Hopefully this is of use to someone else.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Attribute custom ordering not workingHi there,
I have also noticed the product attributes are automatically sorted alphabetically for new products. I have always imported attributes via CSV, however they now seem to get sorted alphabetically and there doesn’t seem to be a way to change this.
We use attributes for ingredients, so it’s crucial they are displayed in the specified order (i.e. by amount) and not in alphabetical order. The attribute’s sort order is set to “Custom ordering”, but unfortunately to no avail.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you!
Cheers
ClemensI’ve been with the same hosting company for years and never had this issue – this only started over the last few days.
