The site is still being worked on, but you can view it at iamdanbury.wpengine.com. The username is demo and the password for now is 079765.When viewed on my laptop with Chrome developer tools in iPhone 6 view, it looks fine. Here is what I see in the console area in Chrome (https://cloudup.com/cKhz0s-8-ks).
This is a new site that I just started working on last week for a local nonprofit. I only had two other plugins loaded and activated. They are Advanced Custom Fields and Huge IT Google Map. I deactivated both and I got the same thing as I indicated in my initial message (https://cloudup.com/cja-aq6DU5f).

I am using a child theme I created from “Untitled” by Automattic v1.1.4. I really haven’t done much in the child theme. I am very new to this and am still learning. I only made a few CSS changes to my site and to the footer – nothing to the donation page that I inserted this into.
I hope I have given you enough information to help figure this out. Please let me know if you need any more from me. I would have responded yesterday, but I was showing what I had to the nonprofit.
