I turned the Lazy Load off because there aren’t anything else I could do, then it showed up on other themes. Never knew.

I tested the Twenty Twenty-Four, Twenty Twenty-Five, and Storefront themes, and found that only Storefront works. Is there a specific reason for this? Since I’m not testing this for an e-commerce site, I’d like to make sure if it works as it should be with non-eCommerce themes.

I received the approval email, and it’s working now.
I tried disabling plugins that I don’t need all the time, but it didn’t solve the template issue. Other plugins are necessary ones, so I’ll just leave them intact.
Anyways, the most important part is working, so I’ll just duplicate and overwrite the design without using a template for now.

I had the same issue recently.
In my case, the .htaccess file was bloated with a list of banned IP addresses. I’m not sure it’s created by the plugin or manually entered addresses accumulated in many years. The list became so large that the file probably couldn’t be updated anymore.
The warning stopped after I removed the banned list portion manually from the .htaccess. If you are going to try this, make sure you backup the file before making any changes.
I also turned off the Banned Users option: both “Enable HackRepair.com’s ban list feature” and “Enable Ban Lists” in the settings. I would probably turn them back on later, but I’d monitor the IP addresses listed.
