We have released version 1.6 of our plugin which includes the fix for Javascript error which was thrown in console for some pages.
Can you please update the plugin to the latest version and check if the issue is fixed on your site?

We have a functionality named ‘Filters’ on the Order Listing page from our Order Delivery Date Pro version, where you can filter the order based on the delivery months, also we have an option for today which allows you to filter orders which have today’s delivery date.
Also, when you search for a delivery date in the search bar on the orders page, it will filter the orders for that particular delivery date.
For the above functionality to work, we should enable ‘Show on Orders Listing Page:’ and ‘Show Filter on Orders Listing Page:’ checkboxes present in the Date Settings tab of our plugin.

The product present in cart will not be lost when the customer logs out. The customer will be able to see the product in cart when he logs in again.
In Abandoned cart lite plugin, the guest user carts are not tracked.

Yes, even after weeks later the product will be there in the cart on the user’s site.
Please note that our plugin does not clear the cart.

The product will be there in the cart on the user’s site as long as it is not been deleted by the user.
The setting ‘Cart Abandoned cut-off time’ considers cart as abandoned after X minutes of item being added to cart and order not placed.
Our plugin does not interfere with the process of adding/deleting the products from the cart.

I have tried to replicate the issue on our staging site, the datepicker is working fine with 2012 WordPress theme.

I apologies for misleading you. I tried on my staging server by abandoning the empty cart, for the empty abandoned cart we are not getting emails.
I understand that emails are being sent for an empty cart from your website. Can you please create a ticket on [email protected] with site url and admin credentials of it, so I can look into the issue?

Can you please deactivate the sessioncam plugin and check whether the emails are sent fine?
The cart is considered as abandoned cart when the product which have been added to cart passes the cutoff time, the cutoff time is set in admin settings and the email reminders are sent to the customers for the abandoned cart.
Can you please let me know, for which scenario the empty cart is being logged as abandoned?

If yes, then can you please let me know if any plugin/theme has been updated or any changes have been made on your site?
The emails from our plugin will be sent as the cart has been recorded as abandoned irrespective of the cart being empty or not.

We have released the latest version 2.7.7 of our plugin which includes the fix for the issue of stop sign on hover of the Delivery Date field.
The fix for Minimum Delivery time(in hours) feature is also released in earlier version 2.7.6. The Minimum delivery time (in hours) will now calculate the minimum hours from current wordpress time for working days.
Can you please update the latest version and check whether the fix for both the issue is working fine on your site?
