I have checked on your site and noticed that the Delivery Date and Time Slot field is working fine. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/_5Xs17oGITU3

Hi @amatheson,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
Thank you for sharing the screenshot and providing a detailed explanation of your issue.Could you please let me know if you are using any plugin to collect total payments in installments on your site? If so, could you share the plugin ZIP file that handles this functionality? Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could provide an outline of the steps to configure and reproduce the issue on our end.
Once we have the necessary information to replicate the issue, we will perform testing on our side and provide you with an update. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Hi @pilotmev,
Thank you for explaining your requirements with an example.
Currently, neither the Lite nor the Pro version of our plugin supports charging payment gateway fees based on the selected payment option (deposit or full). The payment gateway fees are applied only to the cart subtotal amount, regardless of whether the customer chooses to pay a deposit or the full amount.Hi @edusz,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the plugins page. The message indicating that “some plugins need to be deactivated or deleted” before uninstalling WooCommerce means that certain plugins on your WordPress site depend on WooCommerce to function.
Our plugin is a WooCommerce extension designed to work with its features. The “Required by” message was not introduced in the recent update—it has been part of the plugin since around version 9.8.0.
To troubleshoot your WooCommerce issue, you can safely deactivate our plugin. Once everything is resolved, you can activate it again. Please note that deactivating the plugin will not remove any of your existing configuration. Data and settings are only deleted if the plugin itself is uninstalled.
Hi @mohsinworld,
You are most welcome. 🙂
I have added this as an enhancement request in our GitHub plugin repository. I’ll keep you informed if there are any updates regarding its inclusion in the future.Hi @mohsinworld,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. When a returning user visits the site, the payment gateway fee or discount is displayed on the cart page based on the previously selected payment gateway.
For a new user, the payment gateway fee or discount is applied only once they reach the checkout page and select a payment method.
However, I will add this feature request as an enhancement to our GitHub repository for the development team to review. If this enhancement gets implemented in the future, I’ll be sure to update you.Hi @svenms,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
At the moment, it isn’t possible to update payment gateway fees for existing orders from the admin side in the Lite version of the plugin. However, this feature is available in the Pro version, where you can update an order with the new payment gateway fees (based on added or remaining products) using the ‘Apply payment gateway fees’ checkbox. If you have any further queries or need assistance, please feel free to email us at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot com’ with the details, and I’ll be happy to help.

Hi @r4m0n,
I apologize for the delayed response, and thank you for sharing the screenshots and explaining your requirements.
From my understanding, you’d like the tax to be calculated after the discount from our plugin has been applied. To achieve this, you just need to enable the “Taxes” setting within the required payment gateway settings. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/EEGBrEe6vUIB
Once enabled, the tax will be applied to the remaining amount after the discount is considered.

Please try enabling the “Taxes” option under the General Options section and let me know if this works as expected for your requirements.Hi @rolf64,
We have fixed the mentioned issue where Mollie’s payment gateway labels were not appearing in our plugin settings. My developer colleague has provided the patch file via the Dropbox link below:Filename – class-alg-wc-checkout-fees-settings-gateways.php
Path – ..\plugins\checkout-fees-for-woocommerce\includes\settings\[HERE]
Link – https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/k7mnulm3g5se6s5c5j17p/class-alg-wc-checkout-fees-settings-gateways.php?rlkey=qrhjk6pj6fns03p4f5706dleg&st=9owzfv8z&dl=0
After replacing it via FTP, please test, and let me know about the result.
I recommend testing the patch on your staging site first and, if everything works well, applying it to your live site.Hi @tarjeet98,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot with us.Based on what I understand, you’re looking to display the payment gateway fee information either next to or within the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
At this time, our plugin does not support this functionality, and unfortunately, it cannot be achieved with the current setup.
Hi @rolf64,
I apologize for the inconvenience caused on your site.
I have been able to replicate the issue where Mollie’s payment gateway labels are not appearing in the plugin settings.
I have logged this issue on our Github repository for our development team to review further. I shall get back to you as soon as I have an update from them.Forum: Plugins

Thank you for sharing the video with us.
I noticed that the payment gateway fee is being calculated as 9.94 instead of 9.95 when the respective payment method is selected at checkout.
To investigate this further, could you please email us at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot com’ with the relevant details and temporary admin access to your site? This will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this for you.

In reply to: [Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce] Fee rounding issueHi @remyjacobs,
I’ve tested the reported issue using the latest version 2.17.0, where a payment gateway fee of 9.95 is said to be charging 9.94 on the checkout page. However, I was unable to replicate the issue — the payment gateway fee is being applied correctly as per the configured amount. Please refer to the following screenshots for reference: https://prnt.sc/IWSFXJT7MpGJ , https://prnt.sc/v38KjMHzEwJm
Could you please share a video demonstrating the issue on your site and screenshots of the settings configured in our plugin? This information will help us replicate the scenario accurately and provide you with an appropriate solution.
Looking forward to your response.
