In various e-commerce websites, I see only related filters for categories. Filters like gerne, brand… Isn’t it possible to be done?
I do not want to display in the filter all of my categories.
When someone is choosing t-shirts in the filter I want him to have only the options to choose gerne and Brand!
How could I achieve that?
In case it is not would it be possible to have a filter for subcategories only of the current category chosen?
Could this be also done with tags instead of attributes? add brands and tags let’s say and then filter by tags maybe and setting not to appear tags that have nothing to show in clothing categories?

The thing is that I have not added attributes for genne and brands in the existing products.is there a way to add these attributes to products in bulk and not one by one? because I cannot find an option like this in woo-commerce!
