maybe your wordpress is corrupt :/
After all tests (except reinstall)..
My solution has been : to put/restore all old files from backup archive (4.0 or 3.x) of our site, but made before the auto update, including ddb.
Then:
– Disable triparty plugins and disable auto update before open site.
– Put the original files in the WP_core by hand (from unzipped official install).
– Making http 4.01 (or later) manually update (from the back office).
– Enable reactivation plugins one by one and (or before last update plugins if update available), test site step by step.
It worked 😉

I am a professional developer. I have the same problem since the last days (auto update wp> 4.01). redirection loop to conection admin, and the disappearance of wp here: /
The version is an old version 3.x, which functioned perfectly (in version 4.0) ntil I update 4.01.
I tried everything, replacement of the default theme, htacces of default, configuration etc. Nothing there.
