after installing wordpress please activate theme which one you wont show on your domain
you install any plugin befor this problem happening, if yes then you need to go
your site filemanager through cpanel or FTP and open wp-content folder, in this folder open plugin folder and change name all plugin name and then login to your admin panel
this is chat forum issue, remove your chat forum plugin and install other one
