This is nothing related to any “PRO” service – nor is this some change request based on user votes!

You may want to read the FIRST MESSAGE AGAIN – The service provide name is Amazon Shipping and NOT Amazon IN – this is not based on MY SUGGESTION – It is a FACT – look it up!

This is NOT something for a suggestion board! Yet I tried – no reaction since weeks – not surprising – I can see suggestions not responded since years there!

Additionally, you should revisit your approach of being selective when responding to user feedback on this forum – for some you update tracking urls, data here – for others – based on your whims / fancy for the day – you choose to send them to AST Pro!

I have already been to this page and checked almost all the links. There is no information explaining ALL the sections and ALL the fields in the AI Engine plugin and its usage and settings.

I saw bit and pieces of information about Chatbot, Assistants, AI Forms.

Similarly, you mentioned in another post here – “Please note that SEO Engine uses AI Engine to generate content, so you would need both plugins.”

This is NOT very clear ANYWHERE until AFTER SEO Engine is installed and activated.

I hope I was able to explain the issue properly.

Looking forward to more documentation updates.

It has been 3 days since I have posted this at https://feedback.trackship.com/suggest-a-shipping-carrier/p/rename-amazon-in-to-amazon-shipping

It is quite cumbersome to register into another website just to make a request for a correction to THIS plugin and then get no update / resolution.

Would you be kind enough to coordinate internally as this plugin seems to be associated with TrackShip as well.
