Hi,
I tried another browser and it’s all good. Thanks for support.
‘Manage your business’ button is inactive so I can’t turn it on and apparently it could be the cause of the ‘something went wrong’ error. Anyone with an idea how to go about that?

From the WP Mail Log it indicates the email has been sent, but the recipient does not receive.
