I have the exact same problem. My 2 day event shows up only on one day. If a change the week to start on Sunday instead of on Monday then the event shows up on both days. But when I change it back to start on Monday it disappears again.
Can sombody offer a solution to this problem?
Im using the latest wordpress and plugin versions.

Thank you for your reply and the demo.
I have disabled all my plugins and activated the 2016 theme. The problem still persisits… I have the latest version of wordpress and woocommerce.
What could our setups differ in then?
