It doesn’t look like this has been fixed yet. I enabled the plugin (excitedly) on two sites, both of which have Google AdWords pointing at them. Upon testing, all my phone numbers changed to a Google Conversion Tracking number, including my click to call numbers, but the “Call Now Button” number did not update to the Google conversion number. Unfortunately this makes the plugin useless for anyone that is running Adwords as you will not be able to track your call conversions. Would love an update to this issue.
