Just worst support I ever encountered. I described problem in details, gave a lot of screenshots to illustrate the issue, I waited for 3 WEEKS since Yith last (generic) reply, and what I got? Nothing. It deems that developers do not care about users or have not enough knowledge to fix their own product. In both cases it is not something good. So what the point to stick with you guys?

I am reinstalling Yith Paypal checkout plugin as well as rest plugins from your company I installed previously. I will not buy anything you guys are producing even had plans about that before. You make a perfect statement about support I can “get” from you. Better have plugins developed by more responsive and friendly people.

Yes I did. I will provide you results of testing default twenty-nineteen theme (as you you see I choose it in my admin panel – https://ibb.co/FHJTqX0) With such theme single product page looks like that https://ibb.co/rZ46y3X

Also all plugins were disabled. On next screenshot you see that only two plugins are active (Woo commerce and your plugin for accepting PayPal) – https://ibb.co/KVs8bx3

Before I describe result of a test I want to tell you that issue I experienced with your plugin is absolutely the same as I see with Child Flatsome and Default Flatsome themes. There is no difference also if I use all my plugins or not. Issue is the same for all current checks I made even the process could sound little different from what I originally described in my first message (first issue). I do not know how to explain such changes of issue origin, because I did not do anything for the last week for sure in terms of developing of my website.

So lets, go… After I chose visa payment option on a page of some single product, I saw form where I should put credit card info, card’s expiration date and pin. All went well until I started changing my country. There is US by default, so a customer from another country should change it to something else (to Germany or Egypt for example). If he do that , he is starting see such picture (after he click on German when Countries drop list will be opened) https://ibb.co/7tbk7Jt
After seeing previous picture for 20 seconds he is starting seeing for next 20 seconds this picture – https://ibb.co/R9S3vvL. Than again 20 seconds of this – https://ibb.co/7tbk7Jt , and finally – an error https://ibb.co/HXkPsPT

Resume: Even I used default WP theme and original Woocommerce plugin only, your plugin refuse to work properly. Issue remains with default WP theme, with Flatsome, with Flatsome child, with plugins enabled, without them, etc

The issue I encountered exist for sure. I do not have any issue with similar to yours PayPal Checking plugin. What your plugin fail to do, PayPal Checking is doing perfectly well. But if issues I found with your plugin will be solved successfully, I will use your product instead of another and with greater interest

PS: version of WP I am using is the last stable, same for Woocommerce and your PaYPal plugins
