Fixed.
Resolution: Despite what the Printful support tech told me, the problem was indeed with Printful. There was a simple site URL setting on my Printful store Settings that was still set to the staging site URL. Once I changed that, I disconnected and reconnected Printful in WordPress and now we’re running ok again.
Simple problem, simple solution. But the fix was elusive for some reason. Thanks for the pointers everyone.

Can you clarify what you mean by disconnecting the site? Do you mean WC or Printful? And can you clarify the specifics of “disconnect?” Is this as simple as deactivating a plug-in, or something else?

I think that’s exactly what’s happening, but I can’t seem to find a way within my plugin settings to check and/or change any associations. How do I find the database and the structure and relationships to the URLs?
