Okay, specially created a test site http://newsmec1.beget.tech/, theme – Twenty Twenty, only 1 plugin – MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress.

Svg element (from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Element/a) with 2 links – https://yadi.sk/i/Y633uxfFliMdaw. (circle has class, text – not)
In forms.min.js i added console.log(t); this will help to see the return result – https://yadi.sk/i/p8bifbBRJ3gHTw.
