first zip you folder then add theme title and upload file and screenshot then lick on upload files button
Hey @bhavinp311 can you please let me know what is the issue you faced. kindly share the issues so we can find some solution.
Check that your image is accessible.
Go to php.ini and increase upload file size
or
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256000000M’ );
Did your clicked on upload files button after browsing..you have to submit form
browse zip , select theme Screenshot and give it a name then upload files
Thank You @mary-m-kearney for your valuable feedback. You absolutely need no update or security for your theme. but if you want to secure more your wordpress site you can also use security plugins if you want.
you may check zip once. it should like Folder >> all files (according to documentation) then zip only that folder

is it storing any token in db table…if yes..is it will work if we blank that field data..
