I just switched to sending emails through Mailgun and everything seems to be working fine. The issue with emails clearly wasn´t caused by Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash even though it seemed so at the beginning.

The only caching plugin I use is Siteground Optimizer and I disabled it for testing. I deactivated all plugins one by one and found that it´s Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash that causes the issue.

I tried setting different sizes in the email customizer but the thumbnail in the actual email I receive is always square even if I set it to 100×50. The preview always looks correct, the issue is only with the look of thumbnails in the actual email. Help!

I have the product image size set to 150×150 in the Order Items section and the thumbnails look perfect in the preview. When I set the image size to 100×100, the images look square and cut off. That´s exactly how I see them in the actual email even if I set 150×150 in the settings.
It looks like when I set the size to 150×150, the images are 150×150 in the preview but 100×100 in the actual email.
Any idea who to fix this? Thank you!

Also, is there a way to change “Billing address” to “Contact information”. Since I sell digital products, I only collect name and email address at checkout, so “billing address” sounds odd.

The issue hasn´t been resolved. As I mentioned above, I use Divi, probably the most common theme for WordPress. So I´m surprised that the plugin is not compatible with it.
Is it possible to remove the empty column with CSS? If not, the plugin is not very useful in this case because the checkout doesn´t look better now

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Minimum length field validation not workingI use Contact Form 7 on many websites. This is the theme https://the7.io/ for all my sites and each one has different plugins.
I don´t think it´s related to either my theme or the plugins because this functionality stopped working on all my sites and I haven´t updated them for a very long time. If a couple of people didnd´t contact me saying that they couldn´t submit the form, I wouldn´t even know there was an issue. That´s when I checked all my forms on all websites and realized that the minimum length field validation was not working anymore.

In reply to: [Tooltip CK] Tooltips are offI also just tested it on another wordpress test site with another theme and without plugins and problems exists there so it´s not the issue of compatibility with my theme or plugins…
I noticed that this happens only for phrases with tooltips that have the beginning at the end of the line and the ending on the second line, in other words when the phrase with the tooltip is broken into two lines, that´s when the tooltip is moved way to the right part of the page as if it doesn´t recognize the border of the body post and that the sidebar started.
I also tested it on the Ipad, the same thing.
Hope to hear from you about why this problem exists. Could it be the issue with the latest WordPress version?
