Hi @mej
It looks like the issue is resolved. We will proceed with caution and let you know if there are any lingering problems. But, things look good at this stage.
Many thanks
JonThank you.
I’m experiencing the same problem. Have tried your code solution, but issue persists. Previous stable version (where logo appears) was 3.8.2. Failure first noticed after updating to 3.8.6 but not sure about interim versions. Media library is stored on Google Cloud via WP-Stateless plugin, but given your custom code doesn’t appear to resolve the issue, I’m not sure if this is the problem.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the update.
Was any solution found to this issue? Experiencing the same.
Same problem here. Reboot doesn’t help. The offending file is automatically quarantined.
Thank you @champsupertramp
@ultimatemembersupport Perhaps a redirect feature could be introduced in the future. I have a couple of former users ask why their profiles redirect to the main page after being deleted (and still appear on Google). In their minds, they might be thinking that their yet-to-expire listings on Google are being used to promote my site.
If a redirect feature was in place, I could set up a page saying ‘this user no longer exists on this platform’ or similar.

Same issue here.
@ultimatemembersupport Great improvements!!! But just one thing I’ve noticed – the multi-select fields (perhaps other fields too) disappear when ‘Can user edit this field?’ is deselected (when logged in as a non-admin). It should still be visible but not editable. The ‘Visibility’ setting makes no difference.

Thanks @ultimatemembersupport
When you locate the issue, and as an interim measure, could you please point us to the fixed code on Git? It’s a fairly major hinderance for anyone visiting a directory.
This doesn’t seem to happen for me. I’m not sure it’s based on media sizes anymore.
However, given that we can save different thumbnail sizes as options, is there any chance you could add a filter such that devs can select their own thumbnail size for the directory independent to the user profile?
Yes, it does @champsupertramp. I see you have removed /templates/ from the path after reading a recent article. Was there any reason for doing this?
@champsupertramp Not only has the code correction fixed the issue, the search and filtering speeds have increased significantly (particularly searching). If anyone claims to be experiencing a slow AJAX response time, this may be the underlying cause.
Thank you, @champsupertramp.
