Additional information:
I’m recieving a 504 error on Admin-Ajax.php: error in generating the initial crawl list.
I am also ruining into this issue – would be interested in the root cause.

+1 having the same issue. This plugin did seem to break with Woocommerce 2.0.
Any communication as to when this will be patched?
I had this same point of confusion at first. The solution:
- Create a Page and inside the page content use the shortcode for the plugin: [wp_super_faq]
- include the URL for the page in the html link you are using to access the FAQ page.
- You should now see the FAQ Questions you have created.
