It works. After configuring LiteSpeed Cache as described, everything seems to work fine again!!!

Thanks a lot for your reply. I cleared all caches (several browser as Safari, Firefox, Chrome) but error message still appears when trying to login the first time – no matter which browser and even after clearing caches.
It is strange that when I enter the new login data the error message appears. When I enter the login data again (without refreshing site) everything works fine. And this happens every time when I try to log in: first time – error message. Second time – works fine.
