And sorry for my delayed reply. Your responses were showing up in my “social” tab in gmail and I completely missed them.

They added something to the Stripe code so that de-activating the plugin would re-set the settings inside it. Apparently I entered in-valid credentials so it was erroring out the plugin and stopping it from dropping down the settings tab

I confirmed that it is the theme. I contacted the developer but have not heard back yet.
Do you work for hire to figure out bugs like these? I will gladly pay anyone who can solve this issue for me.

You mentioned the issue was not the actual plugin. Can you elaborate on what else I should be looking into? I just upgraded WordPress so I don’t think that’s the problem.
