I found it in Forminator here: Forms – select the form you want to edit – Behaviour – Security – Enable Honeypot Protection.
I don’t know if it works yet, I just turned it on.

I found the cause. Maybe this will help others who are dealing with the same issue:
It was due to the Cookiebot plugin by Usercentrics. It was blocking reCAPTCHA. Either you need to add an exception for reCAPTCHA in the Usecentrics admin settings, or like in my case, install a different cookie plugin. For me, Complianz plugin works fine without any issues.
