What do you mean? If is a link , just add it at the menu control.
If not, you shoud edit the code at the header.php

Yes, you can hide the feature image at the theme options.
First,Archive display options > Display thumbnail,you can cancel it.
Second,Single display options > Display thumbnail,you can cancel it.I don’t know if I understand what you mean,please tell me if it works.

Yes, you can disabled pingbacks at the wordpress admin.Look at the Settings > Discussion > Default article settings
and you can find the option “Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks) “,so you can disabled.I don’t know if it works. But it was the only thing I could come up with. Hope it help and if it works please let me know.
