Hmmm…does no one else encounter the same issue with apostrophe when trying to use it in picture captions?

Also since I’m asking a question here, how do I center the caption of a picture? At the moment, it seems that the captions are by default aligned to the left.
Edit: Sorry, this is a non-issue. I had forgotten to switch back to the Arcade Basic theme after testing the apostrophe issue under the Twenty Fourteen theme.

I don’t have any plugins installed. I’ve tried switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme and apostrophe is working in that theme.
