I would also love to be able to know how to do this.

What im trying to do is to have a date picker in the Contact form 7. This is easily achieved. However then i want to link that to the availability calendar, so that the days where our servies is Fully Booked, the date cannot be selected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
