These are supposed to be certificates that customers provide me for reselling. I’m sure there’s probably no way to retrieve what they have tried uploading previously?
But to answer your question. Nothing is uploading. I can select a file but it will not upload. So, when the order is placed there is no upload anywhere to be seen and nothing emailed or stated on the order that the file was uploaded.

The product works fine if I go to the product and checkout. But if I add the product to cart through URL it gives the error.
