I have tried that button, but it is only a link to a forum. I can’t believe there is no support number.
This is very frustrating. I have been working on this problem for about two weeks and am just trying to get a file deleted. I have deleted everything of mine on WordPress (including the file and my entire website).

I can not find where they have a link to Chat Support. I have been trying to reach them for about two weeks. I have deleted the file and my website off of WordPress, but I think it is still visible on their cache somewhere.
I have also had several people try the link and it is not active. What am I doing wrong?

I have looked everywhere for a number to call that could help me, but when I visit the support page I can not find a number. Do you have a number to call?

The site was hosted at WordPress.com. I went into my website preferences and deleted the file, and my WordPress site. Right now, my WordPress account is saying that my site has been deleted, and does not give me access to the file.

In reply to: Delete files and website informationThanks for your response! I have never heard of CDN. I have deleted everything from WordPress and the ftp. There is no file on WordPress or on a server. I have cleared my cache and cookies, but the link is still active.
Maybe it is still cached on WordPress server, but I don’t know why.
