Okay, so I figured it out after a while. All of the color code is obviously in style.css.
I just replaced the light blue color with my own darker blue, all is well.

I would like to start off by saying that your site looks absolutely beautiful. I just tested it on my iPhone, and it looks great. Either you must have fixed whatever issue you had, or it was some bizarre mishap. Either way, the site looks wonderful, I just have one question: How did you change the menu item color to grey? I would greatly appreciate if you could help me out, here is a post I made about the topic.
