I tested it again. The function doesn’t work in AJAX mode. It works fine in a non AJAX add to cart environment. The theme I’m using is AVANAM.

just unable to launch the wizard. There is no help option seen in the settings.
Tried deleting and re installing the plug in – still didnt get any option.
Is there another way?
