This issue has not been resolved. I don’t know why this post is listed as so. I discovered there is an issue directly with the plugin itself. We had created a custom field for the subtotal area and this was causing the product area to disappear altogether. I await a fix in your next update.

I don’t have any conditionals in the Invoice template that would be hiding the product section. As I stated in the first image I shared, the section shows up correctly in the template viewer, but doesn’t show up at all when viewing inside an order or through an email that is sent. The Order Acknowledgment and other document all work fine across the board. Only the Invoice template is not working.
