In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Waiting 50 seconds for the form to sendHi,
I have more information on that topic.
The slowness seems to be caused by the upload field.
For exemple, I have a form made with Contact Form 7 without an upload field : https://biblio.brossard.ca/generationsbranchees-formulaire-dinscription-des-enseignants/.
This form sends the answers fast.
I have another form made with Contact Form 7 with an upload field : https://biblio.brossard.ca/brossardana/versement-dimages/formulaire-de-cueillette-dinformations/.
This form is slower when it comes time to send the answers.
Is there a way to make a form with an upload field fast when it comes to sending the answers?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Waiting 50 seconds for the form to sendHello,
Ok, I updated Contact Form 7 to 6.1.6 on my test site (biblio.brossard.ca/biblio_test). But, it did not solved my problem with the form : https://biblio.brossard.ca/biblio_test/partagez-vos-souvenirs/.
With different tests with different forms on my different sites, I end up with the conclusion there is a problem with my form https://biblio.brossard.ca/biblio_test/partagez-vos-souvenirs/.
I am so sorry to have wasted your time when the problem is on my side. I will have a look closer to the one problematic form https://biblio.brossard.ca/biblio_test/partagez-vos-souvenirs/ and see what I did wrong.
Thank you for your time and we can close this issue.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Waiting 50 seconds for the form to sendHi,
Here is the list of WordPress websites on Astral (7 in all).
Those 4 where Contact Form 7 is installed and has the 50 seconds problem :
- biblio.brossard.ca
- biblio.brossard.ca/biblio_test
- biblio.brossard.ca/brossardana
- biblio.brossard.ca/brossardana_test
The one where Contact Form 7 works fine :
- biblio.brossard.ca/aide_lecteur_blogue
- This site is private, because of the content, I can’t open it for you (maybe we could find a way for me to provide you a username and password so you could go and look at it)
The sites that don’t use Contact Form 7 :
- biblio.brossard.ca/fablab
- biblio.brossard.ca/comptoir_pret_blogue

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Waiting 50 seconds for the form to sendI am with Astral Internet : https://www.astralinternet.com/. For all the websites (7 in all).
I am using a cPanel on Linux.
I have already contacted the people at Astral and they told me they checked everything on their side and everything is ok.
What doesn’t make sense is for some websites, Contact Form 7 works fine.
But for 4 websites, it takes 50 seconds for a form to send the answers.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Waiting 50 seconds for the form to sendHi,
I have multiple WordPress installations for various websites.
On 4 of those websites, I had the plugin “Timeline and History Slider”.
It is on those 4 sites that it takes 50 seconds for the forms made with “Contact Form 7” to send the answers.
“Timeline and History Slider” is a plugin that was closed down by the WordPress Team for security issues : https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/timeline-and-history-slider/.
Could it be possible the plugin “Timeline and History Slider” caused an issue with “Contact Form 7” ?
As soon as I knew “Timeline and History Slider” was closed on the WordPress Plugin Directory, I uninstalled from my 4 sites. That was back in April.
Maybe it was to late at that moment? “Contact Form 7” was “infected” already?
Is there a way to correct that mistake?
What should I do?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Waiting 50 seconds for the form to sendHi,
There are many (about 30) plugins in use on the site biblio.brossard.ca.
To make things easier, I have a test site : biblio.brossard.ca/biblio_test.
On that test site, I have deactivated all plugins leaving only Contact Form 7. Plus, I am using a safe theme : Twenty Twenty-Five WordPress theme.
You can go to the following form on the test site : https://biblio.brossard.ca/biblio_test/partagez-vos-souvenirs/.
Fill-in the form and it will take 50 seconds once you have clicked on the button to send the answers.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] Confirmation emailHi,
I solved my own problem.
The thing is to avoid having conditionals inside of html elements.
Ideally, a conditional should encompass a html element.
Thank you.
And to you recommand any WP plugin in particular to display ICAL feeds?

In reply to: [OWL Carousel - WordPress Owl Carousel Slider] Multiple instances on one pageHi,
For this particular situation, I am using “Carousel Slider” by Sayful Islam instead.
But, I will still continue to use “OWL Carousel Slider – WordPress Owl Carousel Plugin” in other situations.

In reply to: [OWL Carousel - WordPress Owl Carousel Slider] Multiple instances on one pageCorrection, it is on that page : https://activitesbiblio.brossard.ca/multiple-instances-on-one-page/.
Ok. Do you know what code needs to be inserted?
If you guide me a little, I can try adding the code needed in my install of Events Manager.
I don’t mind playing in php files and adding code to function.php.
Hi,
Those are for the date and time the booking period ends.
I was looking for the date and time the booking period starts.
Thank you!
Hi,
I was happy to find out that once I updated Events Manager Zoom to version 1.2 it solved the problem.
The following Zoom Meetings I created through Events Manager, I could select “Registration required, automatic approval” and it stayed that way.
Thank you!
Note: I am also using Events Manager version 5.9.11 and Events Manager Pro version 2.6.7.2.
