    Hello!

    Thank you for your message.

We’re writing to let you know that our plugin will no longer support PHP versions older than 8. This is because PHP 8+ offers a number of security and performance improvements that are essential for our plugin to function properly. Learn more at: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

Here are some of the benefits of upgrading to PHP 8+:

    • Improved security: PHP 8+ includes a number of security improvements, such as support for the latest cryptographic algorithms and mitigations against common security vulnerabilities.
    • Increased performance: PHP 8+ is significantly faster than earlier versions, thanks to a number of performance optimizations.
    • Improved language features: PHP 8+ includes a number of new language features, such as named parameters, union types, and improved support for generics.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version to the latest version. Many web hosting providers allow users to update the PHP as well from the cPanel. You can check the PHP cycles and which PHP versions are supported officially at: https://www.php.net/

    Thank you for your understanding.

Hello! Thank you for reporting this issue.

Although we couldn’t replicate it on our end, we will still investigate the theme in the next release to see how to counter such potential problems. It might be a conflict with a plugin or something. When you have time, please send us your list of active plugins you ran when this issue appeared.

All in all, we will surely revisit the nested list items functionality to improve its compatibility in various cases.

    Hello!

The visual builder of NanoSpace should logically allow you to adjust the margins and paddings. However, a better and probably an easier solution is to adjust the template of the pages itself. You can do so by editing the page using WordPress and not your page builder.

    Image for reference: https://ibb.co/1sNxfd1

If you are using a page builder, you can specify the template as “blank” which would allow you to design your pages without restrictions. NanoSpace is designed to be minimal while allowing you to use your page builder freely.

    We hope that helps!

    Hello!

Thank you for your message and for using our theme.

The easiest way to resolve your issue without any technical knowledge is to build your store and pages using a page builder. Our theme perfectly supports all popular page builders including the “Elementor” and “Beaver” builders.

Using a page builder is much easier than customizing buttons in coding. As you would be able to drag and drop the elements that you need to create your perfect store page.

The NanoSpace is a minimal theme in nature and customizing it requires coding skills. It is much easier, faster, and even better for you to use a page builder.

Page builders can be used to create category pages and product listings. They are perfectly customizable without coding.

    We hope that helps!

    Hello!

Thank you for reporting this suggestion.

We believe that “Facebook icon” is more accurate than “Facebook of {site_title}”. From a web accessibility point of view, it is easier for screen readers to read “Facebook Icon” compared to reading “Facebook of {site_title}”. In addition to that, it does not have any effect in terms of SEO or the web accessibility of the theme.

We still recorded your suggestion and we appreciate your comments.

    Thank you!

    Hello!

    Hello!

Thank you for your message and for choosing NanoSpace.

Concerning your questions, please note that our free support channel on ww.wp.xz.cn only covers bug related issues. We can’t offer website or theme customizations as part of this support channel.

Having said that, you can achieve your objective if you use a page builder. Using a page builder like (Elementor Pro) allows you to create any design you wish. The NanoSpace theme fully supports the Elementor and Beaver page builders. Any of these builders will allow you to design your header, page content, and footer in any way you wish. This would be by far the easiest way to do it without hiring a web designer or developer.

    We hope that helps!
