I know, right. I’ve been through the source snooping to find out and there doesn’t seem to be anything. My bet was that it was a menu exclusively done for the company, but I wondered how it would be possible.
Plus searching through google, the WordPress forums, stack overflow etc does’t bring much up.

Hi there Rajan V. Thanks, however, that doesn’t work for me. There’s nothing in my theme pages or menu/header for the CSS to be controlling.
