In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] Issue with total reviews countHi,
Could you please try reconnecting the Google source in an incognito/private browser window?
If that does not help, please clear your browser cache and reload the page with a hard refresh:
Windows/Linux:
Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac:Cmd + Shift + RAfter that, please try connecting the source again and check whether the total reviews count is updated correctly.
Kind regards,
Laca from TrustindexSorry, I made a mistake in my previous message.

In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] Issues with Version 13.2.9Based on what you described, it looks like you are using the PRO widget.
The PRO widget is updated approximately every 24 hours by our central system. Your review from 2 days ago is already included in the widget, and the review from yesterday is expected to appear there tomorrow.
If you added the PRO widget via shortcode, the plugin renders the widget on your site, but the plugin itself is not responsible for updating the review data. That update process is handled by our central system.
From what I can see, the widget appears to be working correctly.
For any further questions related to the PRO product, please contact us at [email protected], as we are not allowed to provide support for PRO features here on the ww.wp.xz.cn forum.

In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] Multiple feeds possible?Hi @earthnutvt
Yes, this is possible in the Pro version.
You can create a widget that includes multiple Google sources, and you can also create multiple separate widgets if you would like to display different sources in different places on your website.

Please go to the plugin’s Connect page and disconnect the current connection first. After that, before starting a new connection, please open your browser’s developer tools and go to the Console tab. Then try connecting the source again.
If any error appears in the Console during the connection process, please send us a screenshot or copy the error message here.

In reply to: [Review widget addon for Divi] Review widget addon for DiviHi @timrecco
Thank you for your message.
The Review Widget Addon for Divi is an add-on plugin, so it requires one of our review plugins to process the shortcode.
For example, you can install and activate our Google Reviews plugin:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-reviews-plugin-for-google/After installing and activating it, the shortcode should appear and work properly.
Kind regards,
Laca from TrustindexHi @cammyrfj
The issue may be caused by the domain connected to the plugin having changed.
Please try the following steps:
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- Click Re-Create plugin.
- Reconnect your Instagram account.
- Configure the widget again.
Please let us know whether this solves the issue.

In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] Widget caching shows old contentHi @lassedam
Could you please send us a bit more information about the issue, for example:
- a screenshot showing the outdated content,
- the website URL where we can see the problem,
- and, if possible, a short description of what changes only appear after a hard refresh?
At the moment, we do not have enough information to understand exactly what is happening or whether it is related to caching.
