Thanks for chiming in. Have you been able to test with just WooCommerce and MailPoet active, along with a default theme? Is the problem resolved at that point?

We’ve seen a few similar cases like yours, and it seems that it is happening because you’re using the featured “Shop Pay for Instagram and Facebook” that is not available for WooCommerce yet.
In this case, you would need to change the settings for making sure that it works as expected.
To do this, in WooCommerce / your site, go to Marketing > Facebook > Connection and click
Manage Connection:

Buy Nowbutton was replaced with one that looks the same as from our test site.In regards to the current order, you can let your customers know the order was done through the Facebook Pay app which is not connected to WooCommerce at all, so it cannot be canceled via WooCommerce.
As you can’t manage the orders on WooCommerce, please let the customers know that they can cancel their own order via requesting a refund/cancellation of the payment on their card.
A manual order can then be created that matches their item(s) and sent so they can pay for it anew.

Ok, does enabling that guest checkout option in the screenshot eliminate the problem with existing emails? Ive disabled the digital wallet and dont have a testing site, just the live one.
When testing the regular checkout (with guest checkout enabled), I was able to place an order using an email address that was already associated with an account just fine.
However, when testing with the Digital Wallet, I wasn’t able to reproduce your initial issue. Even with account creation required, I still had the option in my Apple Settings to change the address and email to something other than what was logged in WooCommerce, and my order went through without error. Perhaps that’s because I was testing in Sandbox mode, but without being able to test in live mode, I cannot confirm 100%.
Since regular checkout (with guest checkout enabled) allows alternate emails, I’m suspecting you shouldn’t have a problem here.

As I understand, when you add the zip codes to your zone and use “Sassari” as the Providence in checkout, you get the “Italia” zone rates, but when you omit the zip codes in the Shipping Zone, you get the “Zone disagiate” rates, is that correct?

Can you add the full address in checkout and let me know if the rates change? I don’t see a place in checkout to add the postcode, but once you do, does it match the first zone again?

I think when a customer is adding to cart and we suddenly change the product status to out stock the error will show up.
Do you have a visual or a screenshot of the specific error your customers are seeing? I’m still not quite following. It sounds like if you’re changing the product to
Out of Stockwhile the customers are checking out, they are greeted with an error preventing them from checking out, but I’d think this would be expected if the item is Out of Stock?Please send us a screenshot of the specific message your customers are greeted with so we can better understand 🙂

I see you do have quite a bit going on with the site. Can you perform a test with just WooCommerce and Facebook For WooCommerce active and all other plugins deactivated?
Also, can you install Query Monitor and check to see if any queries are flagged as slow? If so, I’d recommend contacting your host directly with details of that query. They can then run the query directly against your site’s database to see whether it still runs at the same speed or not.
If the query is also slow (two seconds or more) when ran against the database, that will indicate that the core issue is related to the site’s database server or configuration. In that case, the company you pay to host your site will be in the best position to help further.
