Ok I am back at it tonight. I have FileZilla up and running on my computer but it refuses to connect to my server. It establishes the connection, recognizes my user name and password, and then times out. I am currently waiting on a reply from Blue Host.
If I try to install it directly rather than uploading it from my computer I get this:
Your server is not accessible and is responding with a 405 response code. #3N8O3A3C4C8E6S1S
The items listed above must be resolved in order to successfully install.

I had twenty twelve. At this point I don’t even know which one it was. SO I have deleted the twenty twelve theme from the files and uploaded a fresh twenty fourteen. My site is still gone.
So I went ahead and downloaded WordPress. I’m not sure where to go to upload it to my server though.
