ok your message still got processed. it shows up in whatconverts. and we are checking gravity forms too.
what email did you use to test it. lets see if it still came thru.
ok so we used the new feature to block forms if they contain certain keyword [phrases]. and when we tested it, we saw the message from CleanTalk that the form would be blocked. However, on the site where it was tested, the site uses GravityForms, and the form was still submitted (and also captured with WhatConverts). so how did the form get thru? is there something else to configure maybe? it was on http://www.tampabaypools.com/landing
awesome/ will check it out.
ok thanks for checking. will see if maybe there is another form being used

In reply to: [Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. Spam protection] lots of spam fillssite is still getting plenty of form spam even after the update you recommended. see screenshot of recent form fills. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/v6gt39wshts93f5h4yxt1/coamp-error-spam1.png?rlkey=va8q3u0tx5adcbjz897x0oer2&dl=0
the file is getting moved out of the original directory bec Cleantalk thinks it has malware. I can’t get it to stop doing this. dont know how
the scanner keeps removing the file even after I “approved it”. is there a way to train the scanner to ignore this file (which has not changed in a long time)
ok i clicked approve. but what will happen when i run an update and load an updated version of the file (likely the same file). do i need to login and approve the file after the update?
to be clear I am aware of the need to update the plugin, my point is two things. first, is cleantalk should send out a notification that the plugin has updated so we have advance notice. Second, is why would the plugin affect a site from displaying content. Technically two websites were not functional once a plugin update was released. That should not happen right?
